I highly recommend HK Powersports to anyone looking for a Powersports dealer. I have been a customer for many years. This past year I snow checked a Polaris XCR 850 snowmobile. In a year where Polaris has had trouble with supply chain issues, trucking and delivery issues, my sales person Brendan Kept me in the loop along the way until the sled was delivered. In a very unusual year for both manufacturers and dealers Brendan went above and beyond my expectations. He was always available to answer questions and provide feedback regarding delivery and parts availability. He was always very pleasant and never made me feel as though I was bothering him. Lots of other snow check customers around the country using other dealers were not as fortunate (according to social media). HK Powersports is a fantastic family run business. You wont be disappointed!

These guys are top notch they bent over backwards to get my wife Yamaha going after the bearings and rear axle went out on it. During bike week as well when they are probably the busiest time of year they worked very hard and got my wife's cycle together so we could return to Wisconsin. The service dept took care of a factory recall issue that a more convenient local Yamaha dealer (Motorcycles of Manchester) told me had expired ?? Ty HK Laconia !!!

I normally don't buy used from dealerships but found this particular sled that I'd had been looking for for a while at HK. I worked with Tammy and found her to be very professional and accommodating. My transaction was straight forward and simple. No big sales pitches (which drive me nuts) and very friendly. I highly recommend Tammy and the HK team for your snowmobiling needs.
